toys are my favorite. I am a "teacher" at heart, so
when I see that a toy is helping my child to learn, I am very
pleased. Educational toys are not limited to the kind you find in learning catalogs. They are not limited to what will help your child in one of his school subjects. Educational toys are what this entire website is geared toward, and they will include any toy that stimulates thinking in your child's young mind. If you stop to consider it, many "regular" toys become learning toys when you join in and play with your child, or with the right questions/discussion. It is not limmited to a few narrow categories or types... educational moments and opportunities can be found everywhere! Persue them with your child today! Don't waste all of your opportunities. Meanwhile, this page, in a site geared toward educational toys, is going to target the more "serious" educational toys, if you know what I mean. Here you will find the toys where there is no masking it, they are meant to teach while your child has fun "playing". Have fun browsing, and feel free to let me know if you have found a toy that you just love and I have not included! |
